Holy Festivals Batman!!!! We have found ourselves travelling from festival to festival to festival to festival - you got it - 4 festivals!!! First was Sendai, then Aomori and now two in Sapporo - at the same time!!!!! Sendai was truly amazing - a million people dancing and singing and shopping and all kinds of good stuff! Aomori had stunning fireworks, the biggest/loudest/longest we`ve ever seen! Now in Sapporo, on the island of Hokkaido, we have the beer festival (ya, Dan`s happy about that!) and another dancing festival - the streets are filled with people and there are all kinds of amazing dances! We`ll spend tomorrow here touring the beer factory and the temples, then head back south to some warmer temperatures (it was only 28 here today!!) Pictures to follow....
